Filing Competition

Filing Competition is a competition that tests the ability and expertise of Commercial Administration Students in handling archives until the archive is found again quickly and precisely. Participants will handle archives based on a predetermined archival system.

COMPETITION INSTRUCTION

a. Filing competition is a national standard competition

b. The competition is held in 1 round which consists of;

Written competency test (30 minutes).
Practical competency test (120 minutes).
Interview (30 minutes including archive retrieval).

c. The material in the written competency test is archival management.

The material in the practical competency test is filed in the agenda book with the letters that have been provided at the same time stored in the filing cabinet according to the designated storage system.

Race time : 3 hours

Location : Batam State Polytechnic Campus
