Meeting Planning Competition
Meeting Planning Competition is a competition to plan meeting activities related to making letters or everything related to meeting administration. This competition is made in the form of a simulation where participants are assumed to work in a company as Administrative Staff / Secretary. One day the director instructs to plan a meeting with creative and innovative meeting theme ideas.
COMPETITION INSTRUCTIONS
The meeting planning competition is a national standard competition.
Participants wear neat and polite office standard clothing.
The competition is carried out in only 1 round.
The results of the assessment will be selected 6 best participants as 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as champions per category.

TIME AND LOCATION
Competition time: 2 hours (first phase) + 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A (per participant)
Competition location : Batam State Polytechnic Campus
